Postpartum Caregiver's Daily Schedule

  • During the first 2-3 days of postpartum care, your schedule may change (e.g. to focus more on breast care to facilitate breastfeeding)

  • The daily schedule specified at the bottom may be changed under prior consultation with the mother depending on the situation (e.g. visit to the doctor’s office )

  • Mothers are requested to actively cooperate with the postpartum caregiver so that they can responsibly carry out their daily schedule.

*Postpartum Caregiver is not a medical person, so you cannot request medical services.

Postpartum Caregiver's Daily Schedule

Live-in type:
Live-in services extend beyond the standard commute-based schedule. Evening support continues until 8:00 PM, rather than ending at 5:00 PM. This includes additional tasks such as preparing dinner, washing dishes, preparing the newborn for nighttime feedings, and caring for the mother (including lactation support, body massage, and sitz baths).

The caregiver begins the day at 8:00 AM with meal preparation, and the same postpartum and newborn care services are provided throughout the day.

In addition, overnight newborn care is provided on an every-other-night basis, allowing the mother to rest and recover while the caregiver assists with the baby's nighttime needs.
