Postpartum Caregiver's Daily Schedule
 

  • During the first 2-3 days of postpartum care, your schedule may change (e.g. to focus more on breast care to facilitate breastfeeding)

  • The daily schedule specified at the bottom may be changed under prior consultation with the mother depending on the situation (e.g. visit to the doctor’s office )

 

  • Mothers are requested to actively cooperate with the postpartum caregiver so that they can responsibly carry out their daily schedule.


*Postpartum Caregiver is not a medical person, so you cannot request medical services.

Live-in type: Services that ends at 5pm in the commute type is extended until 8pm. For example, tasks such as preparing dinner, washing dishes, preparing for the newborn baby’s night-time feeding, and taking care of the mother (breast massage, sitz-bath) is added to the schedule, and the caregiver wakes up at 8:00am for meal preparation and the above services are additionally repeated.
