1. When is the best time to make a reservation?
A commuting type requires at least 3 months before the expected date of giving birth, and at least 4 months before the live-in type. You can assign the best postpartum caregiver for your family with plenty of time.
2. Is there a one week service available?
Yes. However, only the commuting type is possible. The one week service has a different rate.
3. What is the scope of the housekeeping service?
Caring for the mother and newborn is our main job, and we help directly with related postpartum care tasks. For example, cleaning and washing the mother and baby's room, preparing meals, cleaning the kitchen, etc.
Unavailable services: tasks unrelated to postpartum caring, cleaning the whole house, washing blankets or curtains, cleaning the refrigerator, serving guests, etc.)

4. How do you accept payment?
Please send payment for the reservation fee to the K-MAMA DOULA INC bank account or Zelle, and pay the service fee (excluding the reservation fee) directly to the caregiver every week.
5. Is it possible to provide service on weekends?
We work 5 days a week and we are closed on weekends unless there is a previous agreement.

We are closed on national holidays (New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day,Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas). However, if a service is desired, it can be adjusted through consultation with the mother and caregiver.
Leftover service days due to holidays will be used the following work week
6. Is it possible to extend the service?
If an extension is not possible depending on the delivery schedule of the next mother of the caregiver, the caregiver may be replaced or the service may not be available.
7. Is the service available in other states?
Yes. Out-of-state caregivers will work continuously through the weekends. For example, a typical four week service will last 2 weeks and 6 days which is 20 days.
8. Is it possible to interview the postpartum caregiver?
Yes. Interviews with the caregiver will take place through video call or a home visit.
9. If the client is not satisfied with the current caregiver, can they be replaced?
If there is a problem with the caregiver within 5 days after the start of the service, we will replace the
caregiver depending on the circumstances.
Replacement depends on the availability of other caregivers and can take up to a week.
