Since postpartum care oversees the health of the precious baby and the mother, a comprehensive and detailed consultation
is required (the mother's current pregnancy and health status, family members, environmental factors, etc.)

2. Book a Service
Review “Terms of Service” before booking
Submit a deposit (K-Mama Doula Inc bank account, VENMO, ZELLE)
Complete the service application process by sending a reservation confirmation email
 
3. Introduction to Postpartum Caregiver (video call or home visit)

 
4. Service Begins
Please inform the company when you go to the hospital for childbirth.
Service commences when discharge date is set.
After service is complete, we conduct a customer evaluation system to thoroughly review postpartum caregivers.
